Incoming calls to your business
1. If you use local geographic numbers today that terminate to your offices directly (ie numbers starting 01 or 02), we will provide you with 08xx numbers - (ie freephone, local call, national rate etc) for your customers to call which will redeliver to your current numbers.
2. If you already have existing non geographic numbers that you want to keep using, simply change these to terminate to a number that we'll give you on our network and we will transparently record and redeliver the calls to your offices anywhere in the country.
Outgoing Calls from your business
When you sign up to our service we simply ask BT to redirect your outgoing calls to our network which has no charge to you. We route the calls through our network and transparently record them, then deliver them the number that you have dialled in the blink of an eye.
The people you are calling will still see your numbers as the calling line ID and everything works as it always does. We will bill you for your call minutes rather than BT, though you will continue to receive line rental charges from them.
Rates
You can expect some of the lowest rates in the market for your recording, and certainly cheaper than buying and maintaining an onsite solution.
We have low setup costs, low monthly rentals (from as little as £3.99 per line per month), and low transaction charges too.
