Our Hosted Charges
We charge for our hosted service on a "concurrent agent" basis, you can control your costs and get maximum reward.
You choose the tariff that makes sense for your operation. The longer you can commit to us, the better the rates we can give you. You can also log in additional agents over and above your commitment numbers and simply pay double rental fees for that month - this is known as flexing and is provided automatically so you can add excess capacity for peak periods without having to contact us.
To use the Maximise OnDemand auto dialler, you must be connected to our system via a PC and a telephone. That connection is an Inbound Minute. Again, this is a standard cost that doesnt differ between contracts. Finally all your outbound calls are charged on a per minute basis, and we offer lower rates if you can commit to using us for a longer period.
