Magnetic North not only make it easy to record transactions with no equipment on site and no changes to your numbers, but more importantly we make it easy to find each call by the number dialled, the date, time and duration of each call, along with other business data such as account number or value of sale which can be automatically indexed to the call using our Free Web XML Services API (Application Programming Interface).

 

OFCOM / FCC Do Not Call (DNC)

Magnetic North promote responsible outbound dialling and telemarketing. Our systems provide the ability for customers to elect to enforce total OFCOM compliance by default, (though so that you can focus on the business of doing business, not the business of achieving compliance).
